High-odds football predictions this weekend
AS Roma faces Feyenoord at the Olimpico in a second leg from the UEFA Europa League 1/8-finals. Let’s take a look at it in our High-odds football predictions this weekend.
This tie is very open after a 1-1 draw in the first leg on Dutch soil. Igor Paixao put Feyenoord ahead in Rotterdam, but in the 67th minute Romelu Lukaku equalised for Roma. The Belgian striker got an assist from Leonardo Spinazzola and put the ball in the net behind Timon Wellenreuther’s back.
We can say that Roma are moving in the right direction after the arrival of the head coach Daniele De Rossi. The club legend replaced the sacked Jose Mourinho who sadly lost the dressing room. Under the management of De Rossi, Roma have lost just one game – against Inter Milan in the Serie A.
During the weekend the Wolves clinched another win in the Calcio. Roma faced Frosinone away from home and stunned the hosts – 3-0. Dean Huijsen scored a beautiful goal in the first half while Azmoun and Paredes scored the other two in the second half.
Feyenoord also achieved a win in the Dutch Eredivisie during the weekend. Arne Slot’s team faced RKC Waalwijk at home and scored just once, but it was enough for a 1-0 win. It was a late goal for the hosts, though – it wasn’t easy. Mats Wieffer became a hero as he scored the winner in the 84th minute of the game.
Feyenoord will need goals at the Olimpico in order to progress. The Mexican star striker Santiago Gimenez is one of the players who can do the job in the Eternal City on Thursday. Gimenez is one of Feyenoord’s biggest stars at the moment.
That’s the High-odds football predictions this weekend for the Europa League clash between AS Roma and Feyenoord at the Olimpico. Good luck!
